The Organizing Committee of the MED 2024 invites you and/or your organization to participate in the Conference as a Sponsor or Exhibitor. Exhibition space will offer opportunities for visibility, sales, and recruitment. We expect a worldwide audience.
The offered packages are for:
- Advertising Only ($500)
- Exhibitor ($1000)
- Gold Sponsor ($3000)
- Platinum Sponsor ($5000).
We expect steady traffic flow in the exhibit area. Exhibits will be adjacent to the technical sessions. Coffee breaks will be in the exhibits area to draw participants.
Exhibits will be open from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM for the duration of the technical conference. Exhibits set up time will in the afternoon of Tuesday, June 11, 2024.
Gold and Platinum Sponsorship
Gold / Platinum Sponsorship: $3,000 / $5,000
For Gold Sponsorship, the following is offered:
- A double exhibit booth
- Brochure insert in registration package
- Company logo printed inside Program Guide stating company is a Conference Sponsor
- Company banner/link will be added to the conference web site
- Name also displayed on main page of conference web site
- Complimentary internet
- Two complimentary Conference Registrations
For Platinum Sponsorship, in addition to the above, the following is offered:
- Three complimentary registrations
- Web and proceedings will state ‘Exclusive Sponsor’
- Ability to offer a 30- to 45-minute talk on product line
Gold/Platinum Sponsors will have access to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, awards luncheon, and receptions and will receive a copy of the conference proceedings.
