Venue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The venue of the conference is the Divani Apollo Palace & Thalasso hotel<\/a>. Hotel room reservation at the conference venue after June 1 will be based on availability – please check at the link provided by the hotel<\/a> (link opens in a new tab).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration area<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All registered participants must check in at the Registration Desk to pick up their registration packages. Personal badges will be provided to all registered participants. Attendees must always wear their badges when attending any MED 2022 event.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference registration area is located in the Foyer<\/em> area on the Ground Hall of the hotel. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t

Conference area<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The conference area is situated on the Ground Floor and on the Lower Ground Floor of the hotel. All Workshops (Tuesday, June 28) and Technical Sessions (June 29 \u2013 July 1) will be in Platon Hall<\/em>, Athina A<\/em>, Athina B <\/em>and Poseidon C. <\/em>Plenary talks will also take place in Platon Hall<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Social agenda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The MED 2022 social agenda includes the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 28, the Banquet, on Thursday, June 30, and a small Farewell event on July 1. Details will be posted in the registration area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to participate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It is not required to present a paper in the conference program to register and to attend the conference. The conference is open for both physical and virtual participation. You can register<\/a> online<\/strong> or on-site<\/strong> (at the conference registration desk – please note the opening hours above).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
