Non-authors may also register by following the same steps described next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Registration steps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To <strong>register<\/strong> for MED 2022:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Go to the <strong>PaperCept<\/strong> registration page at: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/registration\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/registration\/<\/a><\/li><li>In the Login section, under &#8220;Select a Conference&#8221;, select &#8220;MED 2022&#8221; in the list of conferences, and enter your PIN and Password.<ul><li><em>First time users must create a \u2018profile\u2019, to get a PIN and Password<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>After you Log in, please read the instructions carefully, scroll down and follow the link &#8220;<strong>Register now<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/li><li>Follow the self-explained screens to register. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Final paper upload<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Once you complete the registration steps above, follow the steps to upload your paper.<\/li><li><strong><em>You must complete and submit the Copyright Form<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 this is crucial for your paper to appear on IEEE Xplore.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All accepted papers must be uploaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Video upload<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Video upload is <strong>mandatory only for playback remote presentations<\/strong>. Authors of accepted papers may also upload the video presentation of their paper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Video presentation upload is mandatory for all virtual (non-physical) presentations.<\/li><li>We encourage video uploads even for physical presentations.<\/li><li>Sign the consent form.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The requirements for the video paper presentation are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Min resolution: 480 horizontal lines<\/li><li>Aspect ratio: 16:9<\/li><li>Extension:&nbsp;mp4<\/li><li>Max. file size: 100MB<\/li><li>Duration: 18 minutes \u2013 sharp (this is very important for continuity and consistency purposes).<\/li><li>Make sure that a \u2018window\u2019 of the author presenting the paper is shown on the upper right corner showing her\/him speaking.<\/li><li>Make sure sound\/audio is clear.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For remote presentations, platform and access details will be communicated before the conference.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Online Author Registration, final paper and video upload starts on April 20.
