The half-day Workshop on Assistive Technologies for People with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other Disabilities will take place on Tuesday, June 19, 2018.
The aim of the workshop is to share knowledge about the technologies that could facilitate better social inclusion of people suffering from autistic spectrum disorders (ASD), as well as people with other forms of disability. The workshop brings together top experts – trainers from the field of robotics, information technology, human-robot interaction, rehabilitation and other related areas.

The conference venue is Hotel Kolovare. Special room rates are available for MED’18 participants. To book at the participant rate, please check the rates and instructions for accommodation at the conference hotel. The reservation cut-off date is May 19, 2018 at 17:00 CET. Reservations received after that date will be accepted based on space availability.

The review process is completed and the notifications of acceptance/rejection are sent out. The authors of accepted papers should register for the conference by May 7, 2018.
The submission for conference contributions (papers, tutorial, workshops) is closed and the review process is now underway.
The authors will be notified about the review results by April 16, 2018.
The registration of student teams for the Industrial challenges is now open. Team members must be a full-time (currently enrolled) B. Sc., M. Sc., or Ph. D. students during the competition. The deadline for student team registration has been extended to March 7, 2018.
